    The 2020 Air Carriers Purchasing Conference will be in the beautiful city of Dallas, Texas, where we will bring unlimited networking opportunities, along with some Southern charm.


    We are bringing the global aviation community to the "Lone Star" state to develop new relationships, rekindle existing relationships and develop new business opportunities, both locally within the USA, and internationally, welcoming airlines and suppliers from across the globe.


    The ACPC provides our airlines and suppliers with fantastic networking opportunities, an extensive business agenda, including Round Table meetings, Aviation Networking Forum, professional development sessions on topics relevant in aviation today and our newest venue, "Meet and Greet'", where you can meet with airlines and suppliers in a relaxed environment. I encourage everyone to utilize all of the opportunities provided to gain full value from the conference. On top of all that, we also provide a social agenda for your conference registration that includes great food and entertainment. This is one conference that you don't want to miss!

    Airline Roundtable Sessions - Airline Round Tables will take place on Monday, August 31st and Tuesday, September 1st in the spacious Hilton Anatole Grand Ballroom. Each Registered Suppler Company is guaranteed five (5) Roundtable meetings as part of their Supplier Registration for the ACPC. Each Round Table appointment offers your company a 10-minute one-on-one (or two-on-two) face-to-face meeting with an Airline/Operator representative. Appointments will be scheduled during Saturday morning Supplier Registration and are distributed in accordance with Registration queue times. The earlier you register for the conference the morning of May 4th, 2020, the earlier your queue time. Your Supplier Registration is date and time-stamped, and your queue time is generated on a "first come/first served basis". As I mentioned, Monday morning, May 4th, 2020 is the date to mark on your calendar. I encourage you to read about the Airline Roundtable Sessions and review the  Airline Roundtable Policy for information, and to familiarize yourself with the rules for this unique networking opportunity.


    Aviation Networking Forum (ANF) - This venue is guaranteed to sell out early! The Aviation Networking Forum is designed as a miniature trade show. ANF-registered companies will enjoy an excellent opportunity to showcase their company to airline representative and other supplier attendees. The ANF takes place on Sunday, August 30th in the Trinity Ballroom. This event is broken up into two segments. The first 2 ½ hours are designated Airlines-Only, giving supplier companies the opportunity to discuss their products and services with airline representatives only. The second 2 ½ hours offer the opportunity for both airlines AND suppliers to network. I strongly encourage you to register early, beginning at 9:00am Eastern Time on Monday morning, May 4th, 2020. Again, this event WILL sell out during the first day of registration!     Sponsorships - Corporate Sponsorships are the only opportunity to display your company logo at our host property, the Hilton Anatole. A $600 corporate sponsorship ensures that your company logo is part of a video mapped presentation in a prominent location, in view of all attendees, as well as on the giant screens during the luncheons and dinner events in the Chantilly Ballroom for the duration of the conference. The ACPC limits the number of corporate sponsorships in order to maximize the display times of each logo in the rotation. Sponsorships will be available for purchase during Supplier Registration beginning at 9:00am Eastern Time on Monday, May 4th, 2020.

    Meet & Greet Sessions Gain your edge at the conference!

    Quickly becoming one of our attendees favorite venues, this year's Meet & Greet Sessions will be held in the Cortez Ballroom directly across from the Hospitality Suite. This venue was designed to be a relaxed, laid back way to conduct business. Meet & Greet Sessions are offered at no additional cost to attendees and yet they add tremendous value. Once you have registered for the conference, stop by the Cortez Ballroom and pick a 30 minute time slot that you would like to reserve a table for your session(s) or check the schedule and make plans to drop by later to meet with the company of your choice when their table is reserved. Oh, and since this is a relaxed and laid back venue, be sure to pick up the beverage or refreshment of your choice, bring it to your table and do some business!


    Airline Diversity Tables Calling all qualified diverse suppliers!

    Participating Airlines will have tables set up in the Cortez Ballroom during the Meet & Greet hours. If you qualify as a diverse supplier, come learn how your organization can become part of their Supplier Diversity Initiatives and compete to provide products and services within their extensive supply chains.


    Hospitality Suite The place to be!

    As the saying goes, "everything's bigger in Texas" and we intend to show you some Texas sized hospitality in this year's Hospitality Suite. Located in the Coronado Ballroom, there's just not a better place to grab a drink or refreshment of your choice, sit down, relax or even talk some business. But wait-there's so much more! Take advantage of our Business Development Power Hub, where we will have Interactive Training Solutions offering one on one coaching in key areas, such as Power Networking, Power Sales, Power Presentations, Power Public Speaking, Power Customer Service and Power Social Media.


    Once again, it is our pleasure to offer, as our gift to you, the Headshot Photo Lounge. An estimated $200+ value, be sure to stop by the Hospitality Suite to have your photo taken by our professional photographer. The session is free and the headshot is yours to keep and use however you wish. Living in a world where social media is only growing, your headshot is often the first contact people have with you. We think you will find this to be an amazing gift.


    And then there are the games! Live Crowd Trivia is back by popular demand! This is an interactive trivia game made up of industry questions (ok, there might be a Texas question or two) and all attendees can participate.   There will be prizes, competition, fun and lots of laughs.
