George J. Ringger, MAS, P.E.


    Mr. Ringger has 34+ years experience in commerical aviation and the US defense industries.  His practice provides full-time consulting and training services in engineering, quality systems, airworthiness, and business development to the aviation industry.


    As an Adjunct Faculty Member of Aeronautics at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Mr. Ringger teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Mechanical/Structural Factors, Aerodynamics; Aviation System Safety Management, Aviation/Aero Industrial Safety Management; and Aviation Safety Program Management (SMS).


    The Aviation Suppliers Association appointed Mr. Ringger in 2010 as ISO Accreditation Manager for their QMS and AQMS Registrar.  He also resides on the staff of The Washington Aviation Group, PC and the Law Offices of Jason A. Dickstein, providing FAA Approved training to the aviation community.


    Mr. Ringger holds a Masters of Aeronautical Science degree in Aerospace/Aviation Safety Systems, is a Board Licensed Professional Engineer in the field of Mechanical Engineering, and holds FAA-DER authorizations in both Aircraft Structures and Flammability.  He holds certifications as both a FAA Manufacturing DAR (Airworthiness) and FAA Maintenance DAR (Export).  In addition, he is HAZMAT and Six-Sigma Black Belt (Phase I and II) Certified, and is a certified ISO 9001, AS9120, and AS9100 Internal Auditor.  He holds various patents and applications, has authored numerous technical reports and presentations, and is a contract writer/speaker for various trade organizations.


    He is a certified instructor for SAE International where he developed, licensed to SAE, and now teaches the intensive two-day course, Understanding the FAA Parts Manufacturer Approval Process.
