     Airline Roundtable Sessions

A unique opportunity to sit with representatives from at least five different airlines!

***The EARLIER you register, the EARLIER your queue time to register for Roundtables helping ensure meetings with your target airlines***

    Sign-up for Airline Roundtable Sessions

Immediately after conference registration and badge pick-up on Saturday, supplier attendees will have the opportunity to sign-up for five Airline Roundtable Sessions – three on Monday and two on Tuesday.
An up-to-the-minute listing of airlines participating in Roundtable Sessions as well as their current aircraft fleets will be posted at www.acpc.com in the weeks leading up to the conference.

After completing the conference registration process on Saturday, one paid attendee per supplier company may proceed to the Screen Room, where the latest listing of confirmed airline participants will be prominently displayed. Appointment sheets will be provided to supplier attendees for recording their target airlines and preferred meeting times.
Supplier company representatives will then move to the Scheduling Room, where trained ACPC volunteers will schedule the supplier’s desired Roundtable Sessions.
Roundtable Sessions are scheduled on a first come, first served basis. It is recommended that suppliers list two or three additional airlines on their appointment sheet, to be prepared in the event that their first or second choices are no longer available.
Once their meetings are scheduled, suppliers will be provided a printed copy of their appointments.
Saturday registration & badge pick- up queue
times are determined by the order of online conference registration.
Registration is online only and opens May 1, 2017 at 9:00 AM EST.
Register early for the conference at

If all Airline Roundtable Session times are not filled by the close of registration on Saturday, additional scheduling opportunities will be available on Sunday at the Registration Desk in room TBD on the TBD Level from 9:00am-3:30pm.
Please note, during the 4:30pm-6:30pm time slot on Sunday, suppliers will have an opportunity to pick up additional Roundtable Sessions, in addition to their allotted 5, provided airlines still have open sessions, in the Torrey Pines Room located in the North Tower of the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina Hotel.
During Roundtable Sessions on Monday and Tuesday, additional sessions may become available throughout the day and will be announced in the Roundtable Ready Room prior to each session, and assigned on a first come, first served basis.

    Airline Roundtable Sessions

Each Airline Roundtable Session is ten minutes in length.
A maximum of two supplier attendees from the same company may participate in each Roundtable Session.
Participating airlines will have representatives waiting at their tables to greet suppliers.
Airline tables are clearly marked with the airline name, as well as the function of the representatives (i.e. Purchasing, Repair, or Combo).
Some airlines may have multiple tables.
The various options will be posted at the time of registration

It is recommended that suppliers arrive in the Ready Room at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled meetings.
A detailed layout of the Roundtable meeting room will be posted in the Ready Room, allowing suppliers to plan the route to their airline’s table prior to entering the room.
ACPC volunteers will announce the start of each session, and allow suppliers to enter the room.
An in-room announcement will be made one minute prior to the end of each session, allowing suppliers and airlines time to bring their meetings to a close.
At the end of each Roundtable Session, suppliers will be asked to exit the room immediately, allowing the next session to begin in a timely manner.
