To My Fellow Supplier Professionals,

The 2018 ACPC Planning Committee is in high gear preparing for the 62nd Annual Air Carriers Purchasing Conference being held August 18 -21 2018 at the beautiful JW Marriott and Ritz Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes in Orlando, Florida.

Our conference theme, "Communication Across Generations", is indicative of the changing generational landscape of talent management in the aviation industry. Today's workforce represents a broad range of age groups. As a result of college internships, modern healthcare, antidiscrimination laws and a wide range of lifestyle choices, the workplace is a convergence of people aged anywhere from 18 to 80, spanning across four to five generations. This multigenerational workface has tremendous implications for aviation leaders and their organizations. It presents challenges in managing the inevitable tensions arising from the conflicting values and divergent perspectives, but also offers tremendous, untapped potential within the various generations. We have seen the tremendous opportunities that arise from collaboration. By seeking to build the intergenerational connections that will lead to a shared understanding, knowledge, and vision, we can elevate the potential of the aviation industry by harnessing the natural balancing forces inherent within the generational mix.

This year I have the privilege of working with the Craig Stechman, ACPC 2018 Airline Chair of DHL, to bring to you the best aviation networking conference in our industry. This is supported by our early registration sell-out. The ACPC continues to be the hottest aviation ticket in town. The ACPC will open registration on April 30, 2018 at 9:00 AM EASTERN so be sure to mark your calendar!

Register early to ensure that you and your company will:

•     Secure the earliest queue time available to ensure your preferred top choice of airline appointments;
•     Secure a booth for the Aviation Networking Forum (ANF). The booths sold out in a record two (2) hours of opening registration in 2017.
•     Secure a room at the Headquarter Hotel at the negotiated ACPC rates! The Hotel room rate for Supplier attendees will be $189.00 + 12.5% taxes per night single/double occupancy, including complimentary guest room internet. In addition, the Hotel will be waiving the resort fee.

Countless sales and networking opportunities await you at the ACPC Conference to include:

Meet and Greet: Located in our Hospitality Suite the Meet and Greet is an ideal setting to have informal and low-key meetings with your customers and vendors. Tables will be provided for you to host in 30-minute time slots throughout the ACPC.

Aviation Networking Forum (ANF): Our ANF is held on the Sunday of the conference. The first two (2) hours of this venue is dedicated to Airline Personnel only which gives exhibitors more face time with potential airlines customers. Again register early to get your booth!

Roundtables: Held on Monday and Tuesday of the conference. Each registered supplier company is guaranteed a minimum of five (5) appointments with airlines. To ensure that you get your preferred airlines of choice, you must register early!

Golf: This year 144 golfers will get to play the private course at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club. This activity sold out in less than 24 hours in 2017. Register early to ensure you get to play on this beautiful golf course.

Professional Development Sessions: We are in the process of developing the content to provide unsurpassed opportunities to learn and network with other aviation professionals, making the ACPC the most productive aviation conference worldwide.
