2020 ACPC CONFERENCE DETAILS

Global Business Development, Deep in the Heart of Texas

August 29 - September 1, 2020
Dallas, Texas
Hilton Anatole Hotel

ACPC Airline Attendees,

“Texas is neither southern nor western. Texas is Texas”

Hurry and block your calendars now to come to Texas. I am thrilled to announce that Southwest Airlines will be partnering and co-hosting with Aero Instruments & Avionics for the 2020 Air Carriers Purchasing Conference that is being held in the exciting city of Dallas in the great state of Texas!

Update your calendars now for ACPC 2020 attendance on Saturday August 29th through Tuesday September 1st. This event will be conducted at the artfully decorated and beautiful Hilton Anatole Hotel located in the center of Dallas, Texas. You will receive all the Texas & Hilton hospitality you can stand. The Hilton Anatole is more than a hotel, it’s “An iconic urban resort overlooking vibrant downtown Dallas”. If I have already created anticipation, just by mentioning the Hilton Anatole, you may want to go take a look at their website www.hiltonanatolehotel.com. This is a spectacular venue!

We have chosen a theme that best represents you and all the attendees of the ACPC; the theme for 2020 will be “Global Business Development, Deep in the Heart of Texas”. Those of us involved in aircraft maintenance supply chain are participants in a global industry and the 2020 ACPC will be conducted in a cosmopolitan city which has a well-diversified economy that is the home to one of the world’s largest global wholesale markets. All airline attendees at the 2020 ACPC will have an opportunity to network, find solutions and opportunities for our very challenging industry. Our goal in 2020 is to provide a venue and personal engagement that will deliver the global supply chain community, opportunities that will help identify solutions to your challenges and reach your individual goals.

The ACPC Board and Steering Committee are continuing to enhance and increase your value in the conference.  We will continue to feature the Airline Round Tables, Aviation Networking Forum, Meet and Greet in the Hospitality Suite, and ‘ACPC Gives Back’ charity event that have become pillars of the conference. ACPC’s charity effort in 2020 will be presenting you an opportunity to participate and share in the wonderful cause of “Kidds Kids” www.kiddskids.org/. To stay updated regarding the conference and the above mentioned activities, just put www.acpc.com in your “favorites” for quick access. Please know that this year’s airline steering committee, consisting of Courtney Delagarza (Southwest), Kelly Miller (Delta), Kofi Appah (FedEx), and Michael Pigliacelli (United Airlines) are some of the best in the airline industry and you can be assured the team is already working hard to exceed your expectations!

Are you excited for what 2020 will bring you professionally? I hope you are and I hope you look forward to and are planning to attend the ACPC. For those folks I have known for many years, I look forward to seeing again and I always look forward to meeting new folks. Don’t forget, block your calendars now!

Sincerely,

Larry Mabry

Airline Chairman
