The Aviation Networking Forum (ANF) will take
place Sunday in the Mediterranean Ballroom of the JW Marriott.
Please read the information below to make the registration process
clear and easy for you.

Registration for the ANF will be
available only on the ACPC website
www.ACPC.com
beginning Monday May 6th at 9:00A.M. EST.
·
Anyone who wishes to register for the
ANF must first complete the online ACPC conference registration.
There will be no “mail in” or onsite registration for ANF.
·
Upon registering online for the
conference, you will receive a confirmation number to be used as
your access code to register for the ANF.
·
When you have completed the ANF
registration, the system will issue an ANF confirmation number. The
system will date and time stamp each electronic registration. This
ANF confirmation number will determine only the assignment order of
your booth. This is NOT your booth number.
·
Please note that the ANF has a
limited number of booths available on a “first come, first served
basis” only. We fully expect to fill all the booths for this event
as we have done so in the past. It is suggested that you register
for the conference and the ANF as early as possible. ACPC allows one
booth per registered company.
·
The ANF will not entertain any
specific location requests or combined both requests for contiguous
locations for sister companies, affiliated companies or wholly owned
subsidiaries.
·
Your company must have at
least one person duly registered as an ACPC attendee before the ANF
application will be accepted.
·
Refund requests must be received in
writing by July 12, 2013.

Either coordinator Jeannie Sweeney of HRD Aero
Systems or Jeff Robbins of Professional Aircraft Accessories will be
contacting you via email within three weeks after you have
registered to discuss booth assignment. The official ACPC published
“ANF Guide” will be distributed to help put together suppliers and
buyers in a buyers guide format. A form web link will be sent out
via email after your booth is assigned.
The ANF will supply all signage so your company
name should reflect exactly what you wish to be displayed during the
event. Online registration will be accepted until all booths are
assigned through July 12, 2013.
Cost of ANF booth : $500.00. (Electric must be pre-ordered
at $100.00 per booth)
You can only order electric on the ACPC website
if you are a registered ACPC attendee who is registered for the ANF.
The option to order electric for the additional $100.00 will be
displayed on the ANF online form.
We suggest that you order at
the time of your registration.
The FINAL deadline for pre-ordering electric for the booth will
be Friday July 12, 2013 4p.m. EST.
This year for the first time we are permitting
a standard floor length trade show table cover or runner.
