Welcome to this years’ ACPC Conference highlighting “Success through Partnerships” and the Aviation Networking Forum (ANF)! Each year, countless opportunities are created during the forum for suppliers and airlines to meet and conduct business. Booth space is limited and this venue often sells out within a few hours on the first day of registration.
So, be sure to register EARLY and be sure to secure your spot to participate in this valuable networking event EARLY, as well.

Any company wishing to register for an ANF space must first be registered for the ACPC conference. Registration opens on Monday, May 2, at 9:00 am Eastern Time at www.acpc.com and will only be available through the ACPC website.
For a company to participate in the ANF, you must have at least one person registered for the conference. One booth per registered company is allowed.
No specific location requests, including requests for contiguous locations for sister companies, affiliated companies, or wholly owned subsidiaries, will be entertained.
Booth space is allocated on a first come/first served basis. When you have completed the ANF registration, the system will issue an ANF confirmation number. The system will date and timestamp each electronic registration. This ANF confirmation number will determine only the assignment order of your booth.
This is NOT your booth number.

You are encouraged to read the ANF Rules posted on the ACPC website at www.acpc.com, found under the Rules & Guidelines tab, before you register for the ANF.

Don’t wait! Register early, as booth space is limited and this venue is typically sold out on the first day of registration.

Refund requests must be received in writing by July 20, 2016, no later than 5PM Eastern Time.
Please send request by email to Scott Lawson at scott@flite.aero or Holli Potts-Boedeker at hpotts@accufleet.com.
