     Online Registration will begin Monday, May 1, 2017, 9:00 AM Eastern

     Registration will be available beginning on Monday, May 1st 9:00 am Eastern thru
     Friday, July 21st at 5:00 pm Eastern unless the conference is sold out prior to July 21, 2017.

    1.   All volunteers are required to be available for the full duration of the conference. Therefore, you are agreeing to be available from Friday, August 25th, through Tuesday, August 29th at 5 pm.


    2.  Volunteers must attend a mandatory Volunteer Training Session at 9 am on Friday August 25th.   Depending on what duties you are assigned, you may be asked to report for additional training at an earlier time.


    3.  Two volunteers per company are allowed and volunteers are required to stay in the Volunteer Block of the Host Hotel.  In order to ensure room availability, we request that you register for the conference no later than May 5th.       


    4.  Each volunteer must be available to work a Minimum of 10 total hours over the duration of the conference and a Maximum of 16 total hours – No Exceptions.  A schedule will be provided to volunteers a few weeks prior to the conference.  Absolutely no changes are to be made to the schedule, including swaps with other volunteers.  If you have a schedule conflict you MUST report it to the Volunteer Coordinators.


    5.  All Volunteers participating in Airline Round Tables must schedule their meetings such that they do not conflict with their volunteer work schedule.  


    6.  Volunteers must wear the T-shirt provided by the ACPC while on duty.  DO NOT wear the T-shirt when you are not on duty.  While on duty, black, tan or white slacks must be worn with the T-shirt.  No shorts, jeans or short skirts are allowed to be worn while on duty.      


    7.   Volunteers cannot drink alcohol when on duty or when wearing their volunteer shirt.


    8.  Volunteers must be on time for each of their scheduled shifts.  Please plan to arrive a minimum of 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled start time. If you are the 1st shift of the day and require set-up time, please coordinate with your respective ACPC Coordinator for your function.  


    9. If a volunteer becomes ill or cannot make their shift, they are required to call the VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR(s) prior to their shift. Telephone numbers will be provided during volunteer training.


    10.Due to the high volume of volunteers needed to cover social and business events on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, volunteer participation in these events may be limited. 


    11. Volunteers must uphold a professional code of conduct.  Every volunteer is a representative of the ACPC and is required to maintain all rules and regulations of the conference. The ACPC Code of Conduct and the ACPC Rules can be found online at www.acpc.com.


    12. Volunteer position requests are subject to approval by the ACPC Board of Directors.


    13. Volunteers are required to stay in the Volunteer block and must be registered to attend the ACPC conference no later than May 10th.
