ACPC Unveils Inclusive New Leadership Structure to Elevate Industry Collaboration

The Air Carriers Purchasing Conference (ACPC) is proud to announce an exciting evolution in its leadership format, designed to foster broader collaboration and amplify diverse airline voices in shaping the future of our annual conference.

In response to thoughtful feedback from smaller carriers seeking greater involvement in conference planning—yet often constrained by limited resources—the ACPC Board of Directors has unanimously approved the creation of a new Airline Advisory Council, replacing the traditional single-airline chair model. This strategic shift enables multiple airlines to contribute their insights and share responsibilities, ensuring a more inclusive and representative planning process.

The new format was officially introduced during the private airline luncheon at the 2025 ACPC in Atlanta, where it was met with enthusiastic support from attendees across the industry and will be implemented for the 2026 ACPC in Orlando next year.

🌟 About the Airline Advisory Council This volunteer council will consist of 2–3 representatives from a diverse range of airline companies, carefully selected by the ACPC Executive Board. These individuals will bring strategic guidance, industry expertise, and fresh perspectives on emerging trends, innovations, and challenges that shape the aviation landscape.

As a collaborative partner to the ACPC Board of Directors, the Airline Advisory Council will play a pivotal role in enhancing the relevance, impact, and overall value of the conference—ensuring it continues to serve as the premier networking and educational event for aviation professionals worldwide.

Together, we’re building a stronger, more inclusive ACPC—one that reflects the dynamic spirit of our industry and empowers all carriers to contribute meaningfully to its success.
