Registration Fees

2023 ACPC REGISTRATION FEES

Company Commitment opens Monday, May 8, 2023 at 9:00AM ET, with individual registration opening at 9:00 AM ET the following Monday, May 15, 2023. Both are open through Friday, July 14, 2023 at 5:00 PM, unless the conference is sold out prior to Friday, July 14, 2023.
No on-site registrations accepted.

Supplier Companies and Individuals

  1. Company Commitment: $1295.00 – Includes one individual supplier registration. Upon payment, you will receive a discount code which can be applied to one Supplier registration.
  2. Regular Individual Registration Fee: $1295.00 per person. Please review the Supplier Participation Policies. Individual Supplier Registration opens on Monday, May 15th available through Friday, July 14, 2023 at 5:00 PM, unless the conference is sold out prior to Friday, July 14, 2023.
  3. Late Supplier Registration Fee: $1,495.00 per person – Available only if the conference has not sold out and available on “first come, first served” basis.
  4. ANF Booth Registration Fee: $850.00 – Available only to registered ACPC Companies on a “first come, first served” basis.
  5. Corporate Sponsorship Registration Fee: $600.00 – Available only to registered ACPC Companies on a “first come, first served” basis.
  6. Supplier Hotel Fee: $209.00 plus applicable state and local taxes, per room/night based on single/double occupancy. $30.00 per person additional – triple/quad at the New York Marriott Marquis – available only to registered ACPC attendees. One guest room per registered attendee.

Airline Companies and Individuals

  1. Company Commitment: Gratis in exchange for Commitment to operate Roundtables as required based on number of Airline Attendees in attendance.
    • Airlines with four or less attendees are required to host a minimum of one Roundtable during the Airline Roundtables.
    • Airlines with five or more attendees are required to host a minimum of two Roundtables during the Airline Roundtables.
    • Airlines with nine or more attendees are required to host a minimum of three Roundtables during the Airline Roundtables.
  2. Regular Individual Airline Registration: Gratis in exchange for airline attendee’s participation in the Monday and Tuesday Roundtable Sessions. Please review the Airline Participation Policies. Individual Airline registration opens on Monday, May 15th and is available through Friday, July 14, 2023 at 5:00 PM.
  3. Late Individual Airline Registration: Available only if the conference has not sold out and available on a “first come, first served” basis.
  4. Airline Hotel Fee: $159.00 plus applicable state and local taxes, per room/night based on single/double occupancy. $30.00 per person additional – triple/quad at the New York Marriott Marquis – available only to registered ACPC Airline attendees – one guest room per registered attendee.

Guests

  1. Regular Guest Registration Rate: $500.00 – Non-aviation industry guest. Guests are permitted at social functions only: Saturday Welcome Reception, Sunday Night Dinner Buffet, and Monday Night Banquet Dinner with Entertainment.
  2. Late Guest Registration Rate: $600.00 – Available only if the conference has not sold out and available on a “first come, first served” basis.
