A dynamic, fast‑growing networking venue where airlines and suppliers can host their own table and meet with companies interested in connecting with them.

🌟 Overview

The Meet & Greet is a flexible, appointment‑free networking environment designed to complement the Airline Roundtable Sessions. Companies can host a table, meet with attendees who sign up to speak with them, and participate in a structured yet relaxed setting with beverages available throughout the day.

🛠️ How It Works

1. Hosting a Table

• Any airline or supplier may choose to host.
• A volunteer assigns a table number and prepares a table sign with the company name.
• The company name appears on the Meet & Greet monitor, indicating they are open to meet with attendees.

2. Attendees Sign Up to Meet

• Attendees view the monitor to see which companies are hosting.
• When they select a company, they sign up for that table.
• The monitor updates to show the table is occupied, and the attendee goes directly to the host’s table.
• The host flips their table card to red to indicate the meeting is in progress.

3. Meeting Timing

• Hosts may remain at their table for up to 30 minutes to ensure others have the opportunity to host.
• If no one is waiting after 30 minutes, the host may extend for another 30 minutes.
• Individual meetings may last any length of time up to the 30‑minute limit.

4. When a Meeting Ends

• The host flips the table card to green.
• Volunteers update the monitor to show the table is open again.
• If a waitlist exists, the next attendee is automatically moved into the open spot.
• If no one is waiting, the table becomes open for any attendee to approach.

The Meet & Greet is a powerful complement to the Airline Roundtable Sessions:

• Airlines can meet with additional suppliers who were unable to secure Roundtable appointments.
• Suppliers can meet with airlines they didn’t see during Roundtables.
• Suppliers can also meet with other suppliers — a growing benefit of this venue.
• This is ACPC’s fastest‑growing networking environment, offering unmatched flexibility and access.

This year, we are debuting a new scheduling tool to streamline waitlists and improve the attendee experience.
