Airline Roundtable Sessions – Welcome to the main event! Our Airline Roundtable Sessions continue to be one of the most celebrated and in demand venues ACPC has to offer. Roundtable sessions will be held on Monday, August 26th and Tuesday, August 27th in the Grand Ballroom. This venue allows for exclusive 10-minute face-to-face meetings with Airline Representatives, and each registered supplier company is guaranteed a total of five Roundtable meetings. Additional Airline appointments may become available on Sunday after the initial selection process has been completed. Supplier’s priority grouping for Roundtable selection is based on the timestamp of your company commitment, so make sure you are online and ready at 9:00 AM ET the morning of May 6th to register and to ensure you land your key meetings! Aviation Networking Forum (ANF) – Looking to showcase your company to Airlines & Supplier customers during the conference? The Aviation Networking Forum (ANF) is the perfect venue to represent your company and network with key customers. Known as the “trade show” segment of ACPC, the ANF provides additional opportunities to network with airlines during the event’s exclusive “Airline-only” segment from 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM. After this session, the Trinity Ballroom will open to all registered attendees from 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM. ANF booth availability is based on a first-come first-served basis and will undoubtedly sell out fast – usually within the first hour!
