2025 ACPC Official Room Block Information
Many Air Carriers Purchasing Conference attendees have reported being targeted by fraudulent housing companies offering deceptive “early bird” deals for hotel rooms associated with the event. Attracted by enticing rates, exhibitors and attendees may fall victim to these scams, risking substantial deposits, facing hidden fees or upfront charges, or being misled into booking rooms they never intended to reserve.
The ACPC has not authorized any travel agencies to contact participants on its behalf or represent any hotel partners. These scammers exploit web crawlers and email scraping tools to gather information from platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook. They scour the internet and ACPC’s website to identify annual events and obtain contact details like email addresses or phone numbers to directly reach out to potential victims. They also pose as ACPC’s official housing provider to lure attendees to their fraudulent websites.
DO NOT book your hotel room through them.

The official room block for the 2025 Air Carriers Purchasing Conference opens on Monday, May 12th at 9:00 AM ET. Registered attendees will receive a special link in their individual registration confirmation email to reserve a room in the OFFICIAL ACPC room block at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis. Don’t forget to complete a Company Commitment first on Monday, May 5th at 9:00 AM ET on the ACPC website.
