No longer accepting additional registrations or guest registrations
Walk-up Registrations will not be accepted  
 
ACPC is the ONLY official housing company for ACPC 2018 and will not contact you directly to make a reservation.   
If you are contacted by anyone asking if you need a room reservation for the ACPC 2018, or if they represent  themselves as the "ACPC's housing provider," 
please get as much information as you can, then contact Connie Schaeffer at acpc@gate.net or call  1-561-434-1512. 

REFUND AND TRANSFER POLICY

 

 

1.       REFUND REQUESTS for Conference Registration Fees, ANF fees, Golf Fees and Sponsorship fees MUST BE MADE IN WRITING ON COMPANY LETTERHEAD AND EMAILED and RECEIVED TO connie.schaeffer@acpc.com  prior to the deadline of Friday, July 6, 2018 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time.  You must include your name, your ACPC confirmation number and the last four digits of the credit card used for your registration in your letter.

 

2    NO REFUNDS, FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, WILL BE AUTHORIZED AFTER THE PUBLISHED REFUND DEADLINE OF Friday, July 6, 2018 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time.  Please note that this policy was agreed to by every attendee prior to submitting their registration for processing. Refund requests must be RECEIVED by the above stated deadline.

 

TRANSFER REQUESTS

1.      For Transfer requests made prior to the deadline of Friday, July 6, 2018 please follow these THREE instructions:

·         On Company Letterhead, type your request detailing the original attendee’s name and confirmation number. 

·          Detail the New Attendees information in entirety:  Name, Title, Company Name, Address, Phone, Fax and email.

·          Send your letter as an attachment in an email to:  connie.schaeffer@acpc.com

 

2.       For Transfer requests made after the deadline of Friday, July 6, 2018 please follow these THREE instructions:

·         On Company Letterhead, type your request detailing the original attendee’s name and confirmation number. 

·          Detail the New Attendees information in entirety:  Name, Title, Company Name, Address, Phone, Fax and email.

·         The New Attendee must bring this letter, a photo ID and two business cards to the ACPC Customer Service Desk located in the Ritz-Carlton Ballrom on the Lobby Level of the Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes Hotel on Saturday, August 18, 2018 between the hours of 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon or from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mediterranean Registration Desk located on the Lobby Level of the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes Hotel.  You may also transfer on Sunday, August 19, 2018 between the hours of 9:00 AM to 11:15 AM or from 1:45 PM to 3:30 PM at the ACPC Customer Service Desk located at Mediterranean Registration Desk located on the Lobby Level of the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes.

  • Please note that transfer requests made after the deadline of July 6, 2018 at 5:00 PM Eastern will not be reflected in the ACPC Directory or the ACPC APP.
