Any last-minute openings for suppliers will be filled from the wait-list and cleared applicants will be notified of their status by 5PM ET on Friday, July 19.

Friday, July 19, is the final day for any refunds. Visit the ACPC Refund & Transfer Policy on our website for instructions on transferring your registration to another attendee in your organization: Refund and Transfer Policy (acpc.com).
LOOKING FOR YOUR ANF BOOTH NUMBER?
Booth assignment notifications will be sent on Friday, July 19. A diagram of the 2024 ANF floorplan and a complete list of exhibitors and their booth numbers will be posted on the ACPC website Monday, July 22.
SEARCHING FOR A LIST OF WHO IS ATTENDING THE ACPC THIS YEAR?

ARE YOU A VOLUNTEER AWAITING YOUR 2024 ACPC VOLUNTEER SCHEDULE?
The 2024 ACPC Volunteer schedules will be emailed to the approved volunteers during the week of July 22.
WHEN WILL YOU KNOW YOUR PRIORITY GROUPING FOR SELECTING ROUNDTABLE APPOINTMENTS?
The Main Company Contact for each Supplier Company will receive an email on July 26 confirming their Company’s Priority Grouping (15-minute time-slot) to select their Airline Roundtable Appointments at the Anatole on Saturday, August 24.
