🤝 Meet & Greet Sessions

ACPC’s Fastest‑Growing Networking Venue

This year’s Meet & Greet has been enhanced to make connecting easier, more efficient, and more productive than ever.

Here’s how it works:

  • Airlines and suppliers may choose to host a table at any time during the session.
  • A volunteer assigns a table number, prepares a company sign, and displays the host’s name on the live Meet & Greet monitor.
  • Attendees view the monitor, sign up to meet with a host, and head directly to the table when their meeting begins.
  • Hosts flip their table card to red during a meeting and green when available.
  • Meetings last up to 30 minutes, and hosts may extend if no one is waiting.
  • A new scheduling tool debuts this year to streamline waitlists and improve the attendee experience.

Meet & Greet is a powerful complement to Roundtables — giving airlines the chance to meet additional suppliers, suppliers the opportunity to connect with airlines they couldn’t see during Roundtables, and everyone the ability to meet with other suppliers as well. Morning coffee and juice, along with an afternoon bar, make it a relaxed and welcoming environment for meaningful conversations.

We’re Excited to See You in Orlando

ACPC is built on connection — and these two experiences are designed to help you make the most of every moment. I encourage you to stop by the Hospitality Suite to participate in a Meet & Greet Session and take advantage of the expert coaching available in the Power Hub throughout the conference.

Warm regards,
Karen Cantor
