1. Every
Supplier
Principle (employee) must
register and pay the
registration fee of $1095.00
per person beginning on
Monday, April 29, 2019 and
ending on Friday, July 5,
2019 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time
unless the conference is
sold out prior to July 5,
2019. Only one
Guest is permitted
per paid attendee and is
required to pay the social
registration fee of $500.00 each.
Another employee of the same
company cannot be listed as
a “GUEST”. A SPOUSE
OR RELATIVE WORKING FOR THE
SAME COMPANY, IN ANY
CAPACITY, CANNOT BE LISTED
AS “GUEST”. ANY
PERSON WORKING WITHIN THE
AVIATION INDUSTRY MAY NOT
ATTEND THE CONFERENCE AS A
GUEST. Registration
Fees for qualified Airline
Representatives are
complimentary in exchange
for Airline participation at
all scheduled times during
the Roundtables Sessions
during the conference. Only
one (1) Guest is
permitted per airline
attendee and is required to
pay the social registration
fee of $500.00.
2. The ACPC does not
offer complimentary or
discounted registration,
media passes, day passes or
meal passes.
3. REGISTRATION
DEADLINE IS FRIDAY, JULY 5,
2019 at 5:00 PM Eastern
Time. If the conference
is sold out prior to Friday,
July 5, 2019, registration
will close and a “SOLD OUT”
notice will be posted on
www.acpc.com. ACPC does not
accept on-site
registrations.
4. All registered
attendees must agree to the
ACPC Rules & Regulations
along with the ACPC
Indemnity Statement when
registering online. Upon
executing the confirmation
“click” located on the
online ACPC Indemnity
Statement, you have agreed
to all terms and conditions
and you have agreed that
there are no refunds after
the Friday, July
5, 2019 at
5:00 PM registration
deadline date. All
registered guest
attendees must complete and
sign the ACPC Indemnity
Form. It shall be a
condition of any
registration transfer that
the original registered
Attendee and the replacement
Attendee (as well as their
organization) remain jointly
and severally liable for
compliance with the terms of
the registration agreement,
and are collectively
Indemnifying Parties under
that Agreement. In the
event of any legal action
involving this Agreement,
the prevailing party shall
be entitled to reimbursement
of reasonable attorney's
fees and costs incurred.
5. Each Attendee and
Attendee’s Company agree
that all property rights in
the material presented,
including copyright, are
expressly reserved to the
presenter or speaker or to
ACPC. ACPC intends to
take photographs and video
of this event for use in
ACPC news and promotional
material, in print,
electronic and other media,
including the ACPC website.
By registering for and
participating in this event,
each Attendee and Attendee’s
Company grant to ACPC the
right to use any image,
photograph, voice or
likeness, without limitation
and without further
compensation. All media
become the property of ACPC.
Media may be displayed,
distributed or used by ACPC
for any purpose.
6. Each Attendee and
Attendee’s Company agrees to
the collection, use, and
disclosure of contact and
demographic information,
including information that
identifies the Attendee
personally (e.g. name,
address, email address,
phone number, etc.). ACPC
may use this information
for: (a) event-related
purposes; (b) ACPC marketing
activities; and (c) sharing
with third parties that
perform services on behalf
of ACPC. ACPC may use
this information for so long
as ACPC remains active in
conducting any of the above
activities.
7. Late Registrations
will be offered only if
the Conference has available
space after the Friday, July
5,
2019 deadline. If
available, late
registration is $1195.00 for
Supplier Principles and
$600.00 for Airline and
Supplier Guests.
8. NO REGISTRATION
REFUNDS, FOR ANY REASON
WHATSOEVER, WILL BE
AUTHORIZED AFTER THE
PUBLISHED REGISTRATION
DEADLINE OF FRIDAY,
JULY 5, 2019 at 5:00 PM
Eastern Time. You may,
however, transfer your
registration to another
person in your company by
following the transfer
procedures.
9. The transfer of the
conference registration to
another person within the
same company is permitted prior
to the initial registered
attendee picking up their
badge at the conference. Requests
must be made in writing on
Company Letterhead by email
to Connie Schaeffer at acpc@gate.net prior to
Friday July
5, 2019 at
5:00 pm Eastern Time. After
this date, please follow the
transfer instructions posted
on www.acpc.com for an
on-site transfer only.
10. The
ACPC has a strict policy of
NO HOSPITALITY
SUITES, COMPANY
MEETINGS OR EVENTS,
ACTIVITIES or PRIVATE FUNCTIONS
(INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE
OFFICIAL ACPC VENUE other
than those sponsored by the
ACPC) beginning Sunday, August
11, 2019
through 5:00 PM, Tuesday,
August 13, 2019. Saturday
provides an opportunity for
our attendees to host
private off-site events;
these private events and
company meetings may not be
held on the hotel property,
inside or outside, under any
circumstances. The
policy is applicable to
those individuals and their
respective companies,
whether they are registered
or non-registered.
ACPC reserves the right to
take action at its sole
discretion: a.
To prohibit any registered
participant or
non-registered participant
and their respective
companies which violates
this Agreement or is, in any
way, not suitable for, or in
keeping with, the character
and spirit of the ACPC;
b. To
refuse to permit any
registered or non-registered
participant or
non-registered participant
and their respective
companies to register for
any future ACPC up to three
(3) years as noted in
Article III, Section 3.04,
of the Air Carriers
Purchasing Conference
Bylaws, which will be
furnished upon request.
This policy extends to the
distribution to any
participants attending the
ACPC, any printed matter,
including without
limitation, company specific
promotional materials,
samples, invitations,
souvenirs and the like,
outside of ACPC designated
areas, without the written
approval of the ACPC.
11. No one under the age
of 21 will be allowed into
any ACPC venue .
13. All attendees and
attendee companies must meet
and maintain a "Professional
Code of Conduct". Any
attendee or attendee company
in violation of the
"Professional Code of
Conduct" will be subject to
the guidelines of Article
III, A4 of the Air Carriers
Purchasing Conference
Bylaws.
14. Dress Code for
all ACPC events will be
Business Casual, with the
exception of the Monday
Banquet. The Monday Banquet
dress code is semi-formal or
business casual.
15. ACPC Badges and ACPC
Wrist Bands are required for
ALL ACPC
business and social
functions. Individuals
not wearing an ACPC Badge
and ACPC Wrist band will not
be admitted into any ACPC
venue.
16. Please care for
your badge and wrist band.
Lost, misplaced, stolen and
forgotten badges and wrist
bands will NOT
be replaced.
17. ACPC Badges and
Wrist Bands are
non-transferable and may not
be given to another person
for any reason at any time. Violators
are subject to the
guidelines of Article III,
A4 of the Air Carriers
Purchasing conference
Bylaws. Reselling,
sharing, or transferring an
ACPC badge or wrist band are
strictly prohibited.
18. Guests are
permitted in the Social
Functions Only. Guests are
NOT permitted
in the Aviation Networking
Forum, Roundtables,
Professional Development Sessions,
or Business Lunches.
19. No more than two (2)
supplier company
representatives are
permitted at any given Roundtable Appointment. Only paid
supplier principles and
airline representatives are
permitted in the Roundtable
area. Guest attendees
are not permitted in the
Airline Roundtables area at
any time.
20. No more than three (3)
paid supplier-company
representatives are
permitted as host of the
company table in the
Aviation Networking Forum at
any given time. Only paid
supplier attendees and
Airline Representatives are
permitted in the Aviation
Networking Forum.
Guest attendees are
not permitted in this
business venue at any time. Swapping
of booth personnel or
leaving booth for any
reason, other than
emergencies, during the
Airline Only time (1:00 pm –
3:30 pm) is not allowed. Registration and payments
for the Aviation Networking
Forum will be available
through www.acpc.com only
and taken on a “First Come,
First Served” basis.
Registration for the
Aviation Networking Forum
will be accessible only with
a confirmation code issued
via registering online for
the Conference at www.acpc.com
21. By registering for the
Conference, the registrant
understands and consents to
be listed in our conference
directory. This approval
will also provide consent to
be contacted by phone, fax,
mail, or email by the
conference and the other
members of the organization.
22. Use of the ACPC logo
is strictly restricted for
use to all with the
exception of the ACPC Board
of Directors and the 2019
Committee members only.
23. Sponsorship
opportunities are limited
only to those companies who
have fully registered with
an acknowledgement number
from the ACPC for the 2019
ACPC Conference.
24. The ACPC Board of
Directors reserves the right
to rule on any matter not
specifically addressed above
or any matter pertaining to
any ACPC program, event,
venue or any activity within
the Hotel during the
Official Conference dates.
