Airline Roundtable Sessions – Taking place on Monday and Tuesday, this venue is where you get to “hit it over the fences” during the conference. Airline Roundtable Sessions are the most popular networking offering at the ACPC, allowing registered supplier companies to schedule face to face meetings with the airlines. Additional appointments may be available on Sunday after the initial selections have been made by all priority groups on Saturday. How do you get the best meetings? Priority groupings are based on the timestamp of your Company Commitment, so secure your Company Commitment early, beginning at 9 AM ET on Monday, May 8th. We also encourage you to read about the Airline Roundtable policies on our website to be as prepared as possible. Aviation Networking Forum (ANF) – Our one-day only trade-show portion of the show is held on Sunday from 1 PM to 6 PM. The ANF continues to be one of the best venues to showcase your company’s products/services. The first 2 ½ hours provide exclusive access for our registered airline attendees to walk the exhibit floor and allow the exhibitor companies additional face-time with potential airlines customers. Once the “airlines only session” is over, the venue will be open to all registered attendees. ANF spaces are a bargain at only $850 per booth. Spots are limited and they WILL sell out! The booths sold-out in less than an hour last year, so be sure to register as early as possible to secure a booth for this year’s event.
