As we move into March, planning for the 2026 Air Carriers Purchasing Conference is in full swing, and momentum is building quickly. Our planning committee is hard at work refining the one on one meeting structure, shaping educational programming, and designing networking experiences that foster meaningful, lasting partnerships across our industry.
This year’s theme—“Beyond Boundaries: The Next Era of Air Travel”—continues to guide our decisions as we build a conference centered on innovation, resilience, and the evolving airline–supplier relationship.
We are especially excited to bring ACPC to Orlando, Florida, a city known for imagination, creativity, and the belief that the impossible can become possible. That spirit mirrors what ACPC strives to do each year: bring together the people, ideas, and partnerships that push the boundaries of aviation and elevate our industry.

Airline Roundtable Sessions
The moment everyone looks forward to is almost here. Airline Roundtable Sessions offer a rare opportunity for face to face, productive conversations with the airlines you’re most eager to meet. After priority groups complete their first round of selections on Saturday, additional appointments, if available, may be scheduled on Sunday morning. To secure the strongest possible meeting schedule, early action is essential. Company Commitment opens Monday, May 11, and must be completed before anyone from your company can register. Aviation Networking Forum (ANF)
The ANF is the perfect way to kick off the conference. Held Sunday from 1:00 PM–6:00 PM, this lively forum allows you to showcase your company, meet new contacts, and reconnect with familiar faces. The first 2.5 hours are reserved for airlines only, giving exhibitors valuable time for focused, high impact conversations. Booths are always in high demand and tend to go quickly. ANF booth reservations occur during the Company Commitment process beginning May 11 at 9:00 AM ET. Review the ANF Guidelines on our website so you’re ready to move fast.
Corporate Sponsorships
Looking for visibility throughout the entire conference? Corporate sponsorships offer a simple, high impact way to keep your brand front and center. For $600, your logo will be displayed prominently around the hotel and featured multiple times each hour in a rotating loop. You can add a sponsorship during Company Commitment—just select “Yes” when prompted. These opportunities fill quickly, so be ready right at 9:00 AM ET on May 11.
