Below are answers to the most common questions coming into the Help Desk. Please review these important reminders to ensure you’re fully prepared for ACPC 2026.
HOW & WHEN WILL YOU KNOW IF YOUR COMPANY HAS BEEN
MOVED OFF THE WAIT LIST FOR AN ANF BOOTH OR SPONSORSHIP?
Any booth or sponsorship openings will be filled from the wait list. Cleared companies will be notified of their status by 5 PM ET on Friday, July 17.
DID YOU FORGET TO BOOK YOUR HOTEL ROOM?
• The Supplier Block at the Grande Lakes host hotels is SOLD OUT.
• To join the cancellation Grande Lakes wait-list, email your request to [email protected]. We usually have a few openings due to last minute cancellations.
• Supplier rooms remain available at the overflow hotel, The Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld, but they will sell out.
• The Airline Block still has a limited number of discounted rooms at the JW Marriott— Airlines, please secure your room as soon as possible as we are nearing capacity.
NEED TO CANCEL OR TRANSFER YOUR REGISTRATION?
Friday, July 17 is the final day for refunds. Instructions for transferring your registration to another attendee in your organization are available on the ACPC website under Refund and Transfer Policy.
LOOKING FOR YOUR ANF BOOTH NUMBER?
Booth assignment notifications will be sent end of day Friday, July 17 or on Monday, July 20. A full floorplan and exhibitor list will be posted on the ACPC homepage on Monday, July 20.
SEARCHING FOR A LIST OF WHO IS ATTENDING THIS YEAR?
A list of registered airline and supplier companies will be posted on the ACPC homepage on Monday, July 20. Scroll to the bottom of the homepage and look under Additional Links.
ARE YOU A VOLUNTEER WAITING FOR YOUR 2026 SCHEDULE?
Volunteer schedules will be emailed to approved volunteers on July 23 & 24.
WHEN WILL YOU KNOW YOUR PRIORITY GROUPING FOR ROUNDTABLE APPOINTMENTS?
The Main Company Contact for each Supplier Company will receive an email on July 31 confirming their company’s Priority Grouping (15 minute time slot) for selecting Airline Roundtable Appointments at the JW Marriott on Saturday, August 29.
