Registration Fees

2026 ACPC REGISTRATION FEES

• Company Commitment Registration opens Monday, May 11, 2026, at 9:00AM ET
• Individual Registration opens on Monday, May 18, 2026, at 9:00 AM ET.
  Both registration types close Friday, July 17, 2026, at 5:00 PM ET, unless the conference sells out earlier. No on-site registrations will be accepted.

Supplier Companies and Individuals

1. Company Commitment: $1295.00. Includes one individual supplier registration. After payment, you will receive a discount code for one individual registration.
2. Regular Individual Registration Fee: $1295.00 per person. Available from May 11 to July 17, 2026 (or until sold out). Please review the Supplier Participation Policies before registering.
3. Late Supplier Registration Fee: $1,495.00 per person. Available only if the conference has not sold out, on “first come, first served” basis.
4. ANF Booth Registration Fee: $850.00. Available only to registered ACPC Companies on a “first come, first served” basis.
5. Corporate Sponsorship Registration Fee: $600.00. Available only to registered ACPC Companies on a “first come, first served” basis.
6. Supplier Hotel Fee: $209.00 plus resort fee, applicable state and local taxes per room/night based on single/double occupancy per room/night. Additional Person: $25.00 Triple/Quad.
7. All ACPC Guestrooms will be subject to a discounted daily resort fee of $20.00 (in effect at the time of check in. One guest room per registered attendee.

Airline Companies and Individuals

1. Company Commitment: Free in exchange for Commitment to operate Roundtables based on the number of airline attendees registered.
   • 1-4 airline attendees: Required to host 1 Roundtable.
   • 5-8 airline attendees: Required to host 2 Roundtables.
   • 9+ airline attendees: Required to host 3 Roundtables.
2. Regular Individual Airline Registration: Free in exchange for participation in the Monday and Tuesday Roundtable Sessions. Available from May 11 to July 17, 2026 (or until sold out). Please review the Airline Participation Policies before registering.
3. Late Individual Airline Registration: Free. Available only if the conference has not sold out, available on a “first come, first served” basis.
4. Airline Hotel Fee: $149.00 plus resort fee, applicable state and local taxes per room/night based on single/double occupancy per room/night. Additional Person: $25.00 Triple/Quad. Book early to secure the airline rate!
5. All ACPC Guestrooms will be subject to a discounted daily resort fee of $20.00 (in effect at the time of check in. One guest room per registered attendee.

Guests (Non-Aviation Industry)

1. Regular Guest Registration Rate: $500.00. Guests may attend social functions only: Saturday Welcome Reception, Sunday Night Dinner Buffet, and Monday Night Banquet Dinner with Entertainment.
2. Late Guest Registration Rate: $600.00. Available only if the conference has not sold out, on a “first come, first served” basis.
