If you are contacted by a company intending to assist you in purchasing a room at the Grande Lakes Resort for the 2026 ACPC, this is likely a fraud. If this happens to you, contact the ACPC immediately. Be sure to reserve your room using the link in your individual registration confirmation email.
• ACPC Airline & Supplier Rooms are limited in quantity at the discounted room rate.
• Room reservations are on a first come, first served basis.
• One (1) guest room per paid ACPC attendee.
• ACPC Supplier Room Rate: $209.00 plus resort fee, applicable state and local taxes per room/night based on single/double occupancy per room/night. Additional Person: $25.00 Triple/Quad.
• A limited number of rooms are available at the ACPC Airlines Room Rate: $149.00 plus resort fee, applicable state and local taxes per room/night based on single/double occupancy per room/night. Additional Person: $25.00 Triple/Quad. Be sure to reserve your room early in order to get the airline rate!
• All Supplier and Airline Guestrooms will be subject to a discounted daily resort fee of $20.00 (in effect at the time of check in.
