Airline Company Commitment and Registration Process

COMPANY COMMITMENT

Before your attendees can register, one designated company representative must complete the Airline Company Commitment. Follow these steps starting on Monday, May 5th at 9:00 AM ET:

  1. Go to the ACPC Homepage and click the COMPANY COMMITMENT & REGISTRATION button.
  2. Click the AIRLINES button.

3. Navigate to the AIRLINE COMPANY COMMITMENT section.
4. If your company has not started the commitment process, enter your company name and click the BEGIN COMPANY COMMITMENT button.

Only ONE (1) representative from your company can complete the following:

  • Commit to Airline Roundtables: Indicate the number of Purchasing, Repair, or Combo tables your company will host:
    • 1-4 airline attendees: Required to host 1 Roundtable.
    • 5-8 airline attendees: Required to host 2 Roundtables.
    • 9+ airline attendees: Required to host 3 Roundtables.
  • Provide Company Fleet Information: Enter the type and quantity of each aircraft in your fleet.
  • Complete Company Profile: Provide company category, registry, and affiliations.

Once your Company Commitment is completed, your airline attendees can begin registering and reserving a hotel room at the host hotel starting on Monday, May 12th at 9:00 AM ET. (Note: Attendees cannot register until your company commitment is complete.)

INDIVIDUAL AIRLINE ATTENDEE REGISTRATION

Registration for individual Airline Attendees begins on Monday, May 12th at 9:00 AM ET. To register:

1. Go to the ACPC Homepage and click the COMPANY COMMITMENT & REGISTRATION button.
2. Click the AIRLINES button.

3. In the AIRLINE INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION section, begin your registration.

4. Select your company from the drop-down list and follow the on-screen instructions. (If your company is not listed, it means the Company Commitment has not yet been completed. Scroll up to the INITIAL AIRLINE COMPANY COMMITMENT TO ACPC section and complete it.)

Important: After completing your registration, reserve your hotel room at the Marriott Marquis. A link will be provided in your registration confirmation. ACPC discounted rooms are limited and subject to availability.
