IS THE ACPC TAKING PLACE THIS YEAR?
Yes! Make plans to attend the 64th Annual Air Carriers Purchasing Conference to be held as an “in person” event on September 11 – 14, 2021 at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis. Company Registration will begin on Monday, June 7th at 9:00 AM Eastern Time on our website at www.acpc.com.
BUT WHAT ABOUT THE PANDEMIC?
Although the introduction and distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine is encouraging, there’s still much unknown about what life will be like over the next few months. However, we do know this year’s conference will look somewhat different. Much depends on the CDC guidelines and state and local regulations, but rest assured that the health and security of our attendees remains the top priority. We are brainstorming and collaborating with the hotel and our other vendors to implement new (and creative!) ideas to incorporate improved safety precautions in the coming months. So, stay tuned!

The new site features a streamlined, modern design, improved functionality and consistent site-wide navigation to help you find your way around with ease. The ACPC has partnered with CompleteReg, Inc. to revamp our Online Registration System, as well as our Badge pickup and Roundtable Selection processes. We have been working diligently over the last several months to build a new system with enhanced usability, and an improved look and feel. Be on the lookout for additional information, tutorials and registration tips on our NEW registration system so that you are fully prepared when registration opens online at www.acpc.com on Monday, June 7th at 9 AM ET.
