After navigating the turbulence of COVID-19, we’ve landed in 2024 facing new challenges. Uncertainty in production, material scarcity, as well as workforce availability are shared concerns. Yet, in aviation, successes and challenges create opportunities for resilience and growth.
Please join us at the 67th annual Air Carrier’s Purchasing Conference, “Advancing Aviation” which will be held August 24 – 27th, 2024 at the Hilton Anatole, in Dallas Texas. I look forward to serving as your Airline Chair, alongside Supplier Chair, Jay Bant, of HRD Aero Systems.
The ACPC is designed to facilitate strategic networking and collaboration between airlines and suppliers. By creating forums for sharing challenges and solutions, the conference helps find and define innovative solutions, providing a competitive edge for a comparatively small investment of resources.
The 2023 ACPC conference in New York, brought together over 60 airlines and more than 600 supplier companies, marking a celebration of getting back to business under revitalized conditions. I look forward to participating with so many talented professionals. Together we will make our industry better, safer, faster to respond and more able to meet ever-changing conditions. We call this “Advancing Aviation.”
The entire 2024 ACPC Committee is diligently working to enhance the value and opportunities for you. We are finalizing the speaker lineup, and are excited to welcome back David Suarez and Bill Agee for Personal Development sessions. Additionally, we are honored to have Elizabeth McCormick, a recognized aviator, motivational speaker, and author, as our Keynote Speaker for the Monday luncheon. Elizabeth brings valuable insights into both airborne and ground challenges, sharing strategies for successful outcomes.
Key events include Aviation Networking Forum, Round Table Sessions, and numerous other opportunities to engage with your colleagues throughout our time together.
