ACPC is the ONLY official housing company for ACPC 2018 and will not contact you directly to make a reservation.
If you are contacted by anyone asking if you need a room reservation for the ACPC 2018, or if they represent themselves as the "ACPC's housing provider,"

Air Carriers Purchasing Conference or other
industry events when that information is
provided by you or made generally available
to the public via business cards, brochures,
advertisements and the like.
Information collected by ACPC includes the
following: name, job title, company name,
physical address, email address, telephone
numbers, including mobile numbers, fax
numbers, financial information including
bank account information, checking account
information, credit card information, wire
transfer and ACH information, product line
information, business information, and
survey information for the purposes of
improving ACPC Conferences, events and other

ACPC takes the
